OPSM Connect ("the Platform", "Service") is a digital soccer recruitment and communication platform operated by One Pro Sports Management (10155861 Canada Incorporated) ("OPSM", "we", "our", or "us").

It explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user information across OPSM Connect.

By using OPSM Connect, you agree to these terms.

2. Privacy Policy

2.1 Information We Collect

Information Provided by Users

We collect the following data when you create or update an account:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Player biography, statistics, academic information, profile details
• Highlight video links, uploaded documents, and other profile media
• Recruitment information (college lists, notes, communication logs)
• Payment and billing information (handled securely by third-party processors)

Automatically Collected Data

We automatically collect:

• Device information (browser, operating system, IP address)
• Usage data such as pages visited and actions taken
• Authentication identifiers
• Security-related logs

Google OAuth Data

If you choose to:

• Sign in using Google, or
• Connect Gmail to send emails from the Platform

We may receive:

• Basic Google Profile Information (name, email, profile photo)
• OAuth tokens required for authentication
• Gmail "send" access (if permission is granted)

We do not access, store, or read your Gmail inbox, message history, or any Gmail data beyond what you explicitly authorize.

2.2 How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve OPSM Connect's recruitment features
• Authenticate accounts and maintain security
• Enable player–coach communication
• Allow users to send emails through Gmail (when connected)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions

We do not sell personal information.

2.3 Sharing of Information

We may share limited data with:

• College coaches, club staff, or scouts when you choose to contact them
• Technology service providers (hosting, authentication, analytics)

• Legal authorities, only if required by law

We do not share Gmail data or OAuth tokens with any third parties.

2.4 Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account remains active or as required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Operational needs

2.5 Data Security

To protect your data, OPSM Connect uses:

However, no system is completely secure. Users must protect their login credentials.

2.6 Users Under 18

If you are under 18:

• A parent or guardian must provide or approve account creation.
• By using the Platform, you confirm parental consent was obtained.

If we discover a minor using the Platform without consent, we will take corrective action.

3. Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure

OPSM Connect follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only request the Gmail API scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send.
• We use Gmail access exclusively to send emails that you personally create and choose to send.
• We do not read, store, or analyze your inbox or Gmail content.
• We do not transfer Gmail data to any third party.
• We do not use Gmail data for advertising, analytics, or marketing.
• We do not allow human access to Gmail data except where required for security or legal compliance.

These practices ensure full compliance with Google's restricted scope requirements.

4. Terms of Service

4.1 Eligibility

By using OPSM Connect, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• If under 18, you have permission from a parent/guardian.
• You will comply with all local, national, and international laws.

4.2 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information
• Maintain security of your login credentials
• Use OPSM Connect for legitimate recruitment and communication
• Respect NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, U-Sports, and CCAA recruiting rules
• Not send spam, abuse, or mass unsolicited messages

Misuse may result in account suspension.

4.3 Gmail Email Sending (If Connected)

By connecting Gmail:

• You authorize OPSM Connect to send emails on your behalf
• OPSM Connect will only send emails you explicitly write and submit
• You remain responsible for the content of all messages sent
• OPSM Connect will never send emails automatically or without your interaction

We reserve the right to disable Gmail features for abuse, spam, or policy violations.

4.4 Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require paid subscriptions (Plus, Premium, team/club packages).

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• Payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle
• You may cancel at any time
• Pricing and features may change, with notice provided if required

Payment information is processed by third-party providers; we do not store full credit card details.

4.5 Intellectual Property

All content on OPSM Connect (software, branding, text, design) is owned by One Pro Sports Management (10155861 Canada Incorporated) and protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without permission.

4.6 Disclaimer

OPSM Connect is provided "as is." We do not guarantee:

• Scholarship offers
• Playing opportunities
• Exposure or responses from coaches
• Platform uptime or uninterrupted service

Use is at your own risk.

4.7 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Recruitment outcomes
• Unauthorized access caused by user actions
• Third-party actions or content
• Platform downtime

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 6 months.

4.8 Termination

We may terminate accounts for:

• Policy violations
• Illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse of the platform
• Security concerns

Users may request account deletion at any time.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this document periodically. By continuing to use OPSM Connect after changes take effect, you accept the revised terms.
